Best company ever! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and heating needs. I have used them for over 20 years in my own home and my numerous rental properties. It makes me feel good when even my renters comment on what great service they experienced with the techs in their homes. Tobey, Nick, Ron, just a few outstanding fellas off the top of my head. Even when my kitchen went through a massive redo, their remodeling department was on hand at quick notice to handle things as it progressed forward. It every company had such outstanding customer service can you just imagine how awesome this world could be. Thank you B and D for all you have done and will continue to do. more

Excellent service! Wayne was our tech and I have to say he was very professional, friendly and all around nice guy. He repaired and fixed our water heater and found a serious problem with the exhaust on the heater that was not installed properly by the builder. Your team is tops!! more

We had a relatively simple problem -- a sink pop-up stopper that kept coming loose, despite our repeated efforts to fix it -- and Tobey took care of it. He was here a few minutes ahead of the 8 a.m. appointment time (which was appreciated, so I could get started with other errands) and quickly solved the problem. He also took time to check our laundry washtub, which had been draining slowly, and suggested a lint sock on the hose from the washer would solve most of the problem. He was friendly throughout the visit and easy to work with. more

Everyone at B & D is awesome to work with. We had just purchased our home and didn't know anyone in the area so we asked a neighbor if they had a plumber they had used and liked. She recommended B & D to us and we will recommend them to others! We had new toilets installed in June and have had nothing but great service from the very beginning. Nick and Kevin did the assessment on my water heater, ordered the parts and replaced the old water heater with the new. They were professional and respectful of my home. I will definitely have them service my house again. more

Just had furnace replaced the installers were very professional took precautions on keeping the my carpets clean by putting down drop clothes.showed up on time and did a great job. I Will continue to use B&D plumbing for any future issues. more

A Happy Customer 11/10/2010

I have had B & D Plumbing, Heating & AC do several jobs at my home. Each time the techs have been very professional. They do the job right the 1st time and they clean up after them selves. The products they installed have performed very well.\r I highly recomend them! more

Excellent service 7/25/2010

We hired B&D to replace our electric baseboard heat with a Furnace and Central Air. They worked all week in our house running ductwork, installing the furnace, and cutting holes everywhere. When they were done, the system worked great and they we wonderful and being respectful and cleaning up after themselves. We had absolutely no complaints.\r \r Since then, we've had them back to put in a hot water heater, and to do an full house plumbing inspection.\r \r Every interaction we've had with them over the past several years has been Top Notch! more

Stay away!!!!! 5/21/2009

These guys tried to charge me $244 to swap out 2 fuses for my central air conditioning unit. I asked how much was parts versus labor and they wouldn't give me that information. They said it was just a flat rate. I made a couple of phone calls and was told how ridiculous it was.The fuses cost me $10 at Lowes and I put them in myself in about 2 minutes and everything is working fine. They wanted $244 for this. more

Hot Water Problem 2/18/2009

I have to write a review to let anyone who reads these reviews about my experience with B & D. These guys are the best, we had a problem with our hot water heater and they took care of it promptly.\r I have had my entire heating and air condition system, a toilet, my water softener and hot water heater replaced, all at different times and I have always called these guys back. They did what they said, when they said they would and cleaned up after the work. You'd never know they had been there. Their word is good and I give them 5 stars. They did everything exactly as promised. more

Very fast response to plumbing emergencies! 6/14/2005

I found a water main leak in my home at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. B&D had someone there within 10 minutes of me calling. The man who did the work was courteous (even though the woman on the phone told me he was already on his way home when I called!) and got the job done quickly. The charges were about what I expected--not a bargain, but not out of line either. more
