This guy is service orientated! My boss requested custom trophies to be ordered less than one week before a summer company fishing picnic. I had about 3 dozen that needed to be specially made for various awards. I called several different local award companies and this company was the only one willing to attempt the order. Low and behold, he delivered just in time. Not to mention the quality was terrific and the price was LESS than I was quoted by the other companies who would not have been able to complete the order in time for our picnic. Needless to say, my boss was very pleased!
