We had to return our car earlier because of flight changes. Called Avis and they told us that we need to talk to the location directly. Location representative was very rude with only explanation that their policy is not to give a refunds, that week rate became daily rate and they do not care what review you will write. Also the car they gave us was not in clean condition. I will recommend finding a different location.
