Enterprise Rent A Car, Concord, CA 7/18/2005

This is a very small office located in Concord, CA. There are usually 2 or 3 employees available. If you have everything in order, check out is easy. They do offer transportation to and from the car rental facility. Some of the qualifying is pretty strict. The cars are in good condition, but they put a huge number on the car, so if you didn't want anyone to know you are in a rental, don't get your car from Enterprise. The do offer a corporate discount program if you have a business. PROS: Good customer service, transportation for renters. CONS: Strict qualifying regulations more
