Student was very professional. Highlites looks as great as any I have had in a salon for about 1/2 the price. I will definitely be back for another appointment :) more

Pay more attention to client 1/22/2012

She asked me about my haircut. I told her cut over the ears and some off the top. It was loud and she was paying more attention to paper work. I don't know if she heard me. While cuting my hair, she asked me 3 times, was it short enough? After the third time, I said it short enough but my hair is still toughing my ears. Why isn't the instructor telling the student to shave the hair off the ears? more

Hair coloring 1/22/2012

Holly is very personable and energetic. She is meticulous in getting her preparations down before beginning to color. I think she will do great in the outside world! The only thing I find frustrating is the checkout process. These girls are always overwhelmed. There are people checking in and we are trying to check out, they almost seem frazzled. more

Fabulous Day!!! 1/19/2012

Took the day off of work to have a "ME" day!!!! Had a wonderful time.... Started with a little waxing.. then a mani and pedi!! Waxing was smooth and painless, even got a stress relieving treatment after. Mani and Pedi..Great!!! The massage I received during my pedicure was amazing!! Thanks to All.. Edi more

If you haven't tried Aveda, you just don't know what you're missing. I had my second wonderful service there, and purchased cleansing products for my face. I have sensitive skin and these products are the best for me. Can't wait for my next visit and service. more

Refreshing 1/6/2012

I came in for the smooth infusion treatment. I was a "model." I was the first person my hairdresser had done the treatent on. Her teacher was there every step of the way. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I am so picky about who colors/cuts my hair but after going I will definitely consider allowing them to style me from now on! more

Courteous, friendly staff who greeted me by my name, talented, skilled stylist who listened to me when I explained what I wanted, attentive and professional instructor who oversaw the process. I LOVED the cut and style and bought the salon products they recommended. more

Hanna Benoit was a pleasure to work with. During this appointment, I decided to cut 8+ inches from my hair to donate, and she knew exactly what short hair cut would work with my face shape, as well as personality. My eyebrow wax, prior to the hair appointment, was, once again, completely painless. I may schedule monthly hair cuts just so she can do my eyebrows as well! Thank you Hanna and Aveda for providing such a great and thorough experience. more
