Absolutely fantastic service, super professional, warm, and friendly from start to finish. We met with the owner Rick and he was very sincere and honestly was just a cool guy. He gave us a very detailed and well written estimate for flowers for my wedding at The Rusty Pelican and worked well with our budget. Definitely the best flower company we visited. The store was just beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and stylish. They always answered my emails super quickly. All these little details mean a lot to me when I'm judging a company. Everything was perfect, and Rick himself delivered my bridal/bridesmaid bouquets on the morning of my wedding. The centerpieces were gorgeous, I mean they really went above and beyond my expectations, I had no idea the flowers would be so beautiful. I didn't have to worry about a thing with them, which was such a relief on such a hectic day. I am picky to the point of possibly being unreasonable and I could not find a single fault! I've called over 5 times to get the receipt of my order and I've yet to see it sent to me. They need to follow-up with Customer requests. Pros: Reasonable Prices Cons: Improve CRM more
