Autoville Service

We have been taking our cars to Autoville for 6 years now and they are the best we have ever dealt with. DO NOT confuse Autoville service with the car outlet who are a bunch of rip off artists. We have never dealt with a more honest company. Case in point: Wwhen our son got his first car he said it was dying and just not running smooth. We took it to Autoville to have it checked out. An hour later we got a call from Jeremy saying it was out of gas! The fuel gage was off and said he had 1/4 tank. They charged us for the gas and that was it. Mostplaces would have taken the opportunity to gouge us, but not Autoville. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest company who stands behind their work. Thanks guys!!! I have been using Autoville service for about 5 years now. We take all of our cars there. They are priced a whole lot better than the dealerships! The reviewer before is also correct about Autoville service not being affilated with Autoville car sales. Autoville car sales is a terribal outfit that is not ran very good. I am a loyal customer to Autoville, and you must understand, Autoville Service has no affiliation with the Autoville Sales..The car lots are owned by another individual. I know this because I bought several cars from Autoville Car Sales a few years ago before the new owner. Autoville Service is run and owned by a BMW Master Mechanic and a guy who has raced for years. They are absolutely the most honest guys out there, and sometimes they work 7 days a week to get the jobs done...Their prices are more than competitive, and the customer service is second to none. Please disregard the lower score as this person obviously had bad service from Autoville Sales..Jeremy was simply doing a good job for his boss and using this page as a little marketing...Take all your cars and trucks there..they are awesome. The only other review for these guys is there own employee trying to bump up their rating. That almost speaks for itself, but since I took the time to read his review, I figured why not take the time to write one of my own. These guys are terrible and criminals. They will rip you off every chance they get. Do not rust them, do not let them touch your car and whatever you do, do not ever buy a car from these guys. Be weary of their partner dealership ?Truck Time? as well. When I dealt with them, they ripped me off then had this guy ?Mike Coder? who claimed he was an attorney try to bully me out the door when I complained and wanted to return the hunk of junk that they sold me. I checked the California Bar website and found out that this guy was not even an attorney anymore. He lied and he had lost his license. Be careful. You could end up a body floating out in the Sacramento River if you have many dealings with these guys. They are mafioso or maybe just terrorists. I am not sure which.
