Tom and Jerrod are extremely patient, helpful, and fair. I've had to bring my car in twice recently for some moderate repairs, and they do nothing less than the best work with unfailing honesty. Definitely the Japanese car experts, I wouldn't recommend anywhere more highly more

Trustworthy 10/31/2014

We've been coming here for 10 maybe closer to 15 years, and they always get the job done right and always at a super fair price. More integrity than any other shop I've ever dealt with. In our lean years, they kept our ancient Honda Accord running and now that we're driving newer cars, I couldn't possibly imagine going to anyone else. more

Had a nail in my tire. Took it in. No appointment needed. Saw me right away. Pulled it out. No leak; no BS; no charge; on my way in 15 minutes. That's why I have used them for over 20 years! more

I wouldn't trust my Honda to anyone else 10/26/2014

This visit was my 3rd to AI for regular maintenance and a smog check. I LOVE that this shop will make appointments and that they have a courtesy shuttle to and from my home if needed . They were ready for me on time and the work was excellently done in record time and I was shortly on my way. Friendly staff and excellent mechanics. more
