Dropped off car at 7:30am on a Thursday for a diagnostic check. Friday noon was the first time car was even looked at. Picked up car at 6pm Friday - transmission flush still not done. Was assured several times he would do it on Saturday...he never returned my calls. Nice person, reasonable price but was unreliable and had poor communication
