Who runs a service department is important 5/4/2015

I have been taking my vehicles to Kurt Teachenor for over 20 years, and a number of my friends have bought cars from Jeep Dealerships at which he has been the Service Manager, simply because they knew that Kurt would be directing the work on their car. I tracked Kurt down when I found out that he had left Lithia Reno Jeep, because I only really trust Kurt to work on my Wrangler. I know that Kurt would only work for an operation that already had the highest standards of operation and service. more

They saved my vacation 8/10/2011

I had engine problems and was from out of state and these guys treated me as if I were a life long customer. They saved my vacation by providing excellent service and returning my vehicle the next day. I was able to get back home with no problem at all. more

Mark has gone out of his way to take the time to insure my family has a safe car to drive and I really appreciate that he is so willing to put his customers first. I respect and trust his expertise and know that my family will be getting to their destination safely because of the time and care given to my repair job. more

Impeccable integrity 8/5/2011

From the first time I took my car there, 5 years ago, Automotion has been fantastic. They operate with impeccable integrity. I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance, but one time there was a problem. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, what their proposed solution was, and how much it would cost. You'd be surprised how many places don't give their clients that basic level of service! Plus, everyone I've ever dealt with has been professional and friendly. more

Very good and prompt service 8/3/2011

I have been a customer of Automotion for many, many years. I have always had very good and prompt service from the company. They always listen to the problem I present to them and have been able to "fix" the problem with little or no waiting. I trust them completely with my cars. I feel very comfortable referring friends to them. Mark, Dallas, and all the other people there are great! more

Honest job 8/1/2011

Mark at Automotion Reno is actually a very nice man. I have been going to them for as long as I can remember. I started using them when they were in their previous location, and when they moved I moved with them. It is more than just going in to them and getting an honest job. I will call and ask a question, and they sill tell me to bring it down and will look at it right away. They are always willing to go out of their way to help. I have a son who goes to the University of Oregon, and he has a Subaru. I told Mark that I would like to know if there was a place to go up there, and he gave me the name of a guy that he trusts. My son has used that place a couple of times now. That is the type of service he provides. more

This is an A Number 1 company!!!!!!!!! 7/29/2011

Since we moved to the Reno area with our first Audi, we have received excellent service from Automotion (previously Compact Auto). We now have our third Audi and Mark & his trained repair persons have serviced all three with excellent attention to detail both with service and repair. We now live an hour away and Mark has always been able to accommodate us within a reasonable time and manner. This is an A Number 1 company!!!!!!!!! more
