Keith and Jeff are great. They consistently provide competitive pricing, a great attitude, and exceptional customer service. They try to help every customer out as much as possible navigating what is generally a "bad situation" for most customers. Automotive repair is never fun for the person fitting the bill, but these guys do everything within their power to work with the customer and provide them with outstanding service at a reasonable price. They Absolutely NEVER try to sell you something you don't need, like so many other shops I have been to. more

Great, worry-free service 3/1/2014

Excellent service & a fair price ! 2/24/2014

I came in on Feb. 21st to have a canister purge solenoid installed plus a vacuum line. I was on my way with all check engine codes clear in half an hour. Jeff and Keith provide service you can depend on. more

Great Fast Service & Great Price 9/10/2013

I've gone to automedics twice now and have had really great experiences. I was getting my car fixed at the dealership and automedics cut the price nearly in half, they made sure they could get everything they could covered by warranty, and they fixed my car in almost half as much time as it took at the dealership. They are really good at keeping in contact with you so you know the progress of your vehicle. I definitely recommend them! A fantastic experience! Thank you automedics! and thank you Keith! more

Honest, Fast, Above and Beyond!!! 7/30/2013

I have been told by a couple of transmission shops that my car needed a new transmission to the tune of $2000. I have been unable to drive on the freeway or above 40 mph for the past 9 months. I heard from a new mechanic that was in Lynnwood (recommended as honest and fair) that my car has issues with sensors that cause the problems I experienced. Unable to see him, I stopped at Automedics to see if they could unhook the battery to see if it would reset until I could get to this other mechanic. Keith assured me he could do better for me. He knew of this issue and had the replacement parts on hand because he had dealt with it so many times. In 30 minutes, Keith had me out the door with the sensors in place resolving my transmission issue but also added air to my tires, topped off the fluids and made certain there were no other problems with my car for under $140.00. I wished I had grabbed more cards because I have recommended him to everyone at my office the first day back. more
