Important brake service 9/26/2013

I couldn't leave the car so I had to wait . It took over 2 hours but the brake service I wanted done can't be done quick and done right. Didn't mind the wait. The service was completed at a reasonable price and I am 100 % satisfied with the work. I am EXTEMELY careful with my car and will not trust anyone else to work on it. There were a few minor things . There were foot prints on the driver's door sill and a small hand print on the hood. Also a few drops of fluid on the inner wheels. Took me a couple of minutes to clean up. I will bring my car back for any future service. more

Your mechanice found the my car had a bad coil and replaced it and the all the plugs which made the car run a lot better. He also mentioned that I need to have new pads and break roaters on the front of my car which i will have done shortly. Thanks again for your fixing my car so quickly. more

I had recently bought tires and was extremely pleased with their knowledge and experience. They did the job the same day. Recently my car's brakes were making a terrible scrubbing noise, I did not realize how serious and dangerous this was until I spoke to the technician. He was extremely courteous and warned me that it might be dangerous to drive my car. He called my finance company for me. They even offered to drive me home, if I needed them. They fixed my car the very next day. It was ready by 12:30 pm for me to drive. It is my only transportation and I needed asap for work. They are a company that goes the extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend them to everyone. more

Dissapointed in my service! 6/30/2013

I was very dissapointed with the fact I was charged $44 to check the check engine light, knowing that Advance Auto gives this service for free along with all the other parts providers. I have spent so much money moneythere getting my car fixed and maintained and feel this should be free as well for your repeat customers. It just seems unfair to charge that much, if it was half that amount I would not be as upset. I feel this should be made right or I will just find another garage to take my business. more

Tire Rotation 6/2/2013

This was the first rotation on for the Michelin tires I purchased. Very satisfied as Don sold me the tires less than Sam's Club and free rotation, what is not to like! I have already recommended Car Care and will continue to do so! more

Even though a tire rotation is a free service a customer is treated with the same professionalism and courtesy as if a major purchase was being transacted. Don, Angie and the entire staff at Auto Care are good folks. I have and would continue to recommend their services. more

Mechanics are crooks 5/11/2013

I was quoted $49.95 to diagnose a problem. He even told me that was all he'd charge. It took 3 days, 2 days longer than I was told, and I was charged $119+!!! I'm not going back. more
