Mr. Blackwell: I had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2004 Ford Escape and had Mr. Ryan Hill as the salesman. He did a great job and was very helpful. He was also assisted by Mr Gregg Cleave and Shawn Waller who were very helpful as well. Everyone i delt with was great and far above average for ANY car dealership i have ever delt with!!!!!! That includes the receptionist who was on duty that night as well!!! more

We wanted to write a quick note to let you know what a wonderful finance person you have in Shawn Waller. He went above and beyond and found ways to get us financed for our new, beautiful Dodge Journey. We bought our previous car Dodge Nitro from you as well and had nothing but great experiences with your dealership. But Shawn, above all else, was a great help and fantastic person to work with. We absolutely love the New Town & Country Touring.. Can't wait for the grandkids to come visit. I know we will receive a survey to complete, but i want to take this opportunity to let you know that Harold and Shawn made the purchasing experience less of a hassle. Infact, i know that the dealership doesn't make a huge profit off the Microsoft employee deals, but the truth is that Harold and Shawn so great that i will unreservedly and often refer my friends and family ( all non- Microsoft) to your dealership.
