11 hours to do nothing but point the finger else where. Want excuses go to this service department

I went in for a routine oil change on my brand new Santa Fe sport and Ashley was the one that helped me. I had so many questions about this vehicle. I did not know all the functions or how to use them and she went out of her way to show me how to use all of the features. I realize she did not have to do this but she took the time and did it anyway. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Hyundai is lucky to have her. I really appreciated that! more

Oil Change and Radio Question 3/12/2014

Did a great job with the oil/filter change, but wanted to disable the XM radio features on the radio and NO ONE at the dealership knew how to do this, or if it can't be done. Spent 10 minutes erasing all my settings on the radio and said - "I don't know" at the end. And they're a Hyundai dealer. more

Recall service on Entourage 12/14/2013

I was very disappointed last week when I brought my Entourage in for an oil change and a recall service to be advised the part was not in stock - even though I called two days in advance of the appointment to ask if the recall could be taken care of simultaneously. The service folks should have checked with the parts folks to make sure the required part was in stock and let me know either in advance or when I dropped the car off the recall part was not available. more
