My son Trent Dow is a very busy young 2nd Lieutenant down at Ft Lewis having recently graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and was leery of the car lot run around. Ive been in the Real Estate business for 30 years so Ive seen a lot and I rode shotgun on this adventure. Aaron Osborn treated us with respect, he thanked my son for his service to our country and never got amnesia about something he said or promised. In fact he didnt promise anything that wasnt in writing which was smart. In short he instilled us with confidence from start to finish. Tim Stakkested was the best car salesman i have ever had. We have been Camry drivers since 1984. This time we walked out of two dealers because of selling tactincs went to honda and found it worse. Finally came to him at Ford of Bellevue and were delighted in every way. more

Pricing of the car was as transparent a process as i've seen. I didn't feel like infromation was being held from me. They were willing to negotiate our price. David let us drive the car by ourselves ; no muss no fuss. I don't think he even asked to see our driver's license. Low pressure, but still felt attended to and valued. more
