As far as sales go, Allen Samuels is the best dealer I have ever seen. I got there at 7:30pm test drove a few cars and realized they were closed. I explained my desperate need for a vehicle after an accident and they did everything they could to see if they could work me a deal on an '06 Cobalt. The next morning, to my suprise, they actually called me when they said they would. I was approved (I have no credit) and worked out a low downpayment and VERY low monthly payment deal for me. They were even patient with me when my insurance company screwed up my policy. I would highly reccoment that people who may have trouble getting a loan elsewhere try this place, they work as hard as they can to get you a deal you can afford. more

I have visited most dealerships in the Central Texas area. All salesman had the same typical attitude toward selling a car. I finally ended up at Allen Samuels Chevrolet. I found a great salesman that was very interested in staying in my budget and getting me the most for my money. He was extremely kind, down to earth, honest and very knowledgable. I could not have been happier. If you are looking for a great experience go to Allen Samuels and ask for Clay Powell. Some of the others there seemed to come across a little pushy but Clay was awesome. more

My opinion of this place is that here, they treat you right. They are funny and polite. Very helpful and Clay is a one. And down to earth. Quintin is very cool. The place here is laid back and they helped me in so many ways. And Crystal, the clerk, is a doll and very nice. They lady of the House. Overall they are true and thank you all for helping me. more

But best of all he was patient with my autistic son during the whole buying process. Even after I signed the papers he sat in the car to set up my onstar and was patient while my son spoke loudly in the backseat. Patience and compassion in most people is hard to find when u have a autistic child screaming in the backround but Jose had it. He is a great salesman. more
