Honest people 9/28/2010

Brought a truck to have AC system "leak" checked out. Milstead told me it leaked and I wanted a second opinion. I brought it to Spring and they were $200 cheaper. Spring Dodge Service was told by me there was a leak and I wanted $1400 to $1800 done in AC service. They called me after a few hours to tell me there was no leak and the problem was the fan clutch. After replacing that part I've had zero problems with the AC (it's been 7 weeks now). They could have sold me off on $1800 worth of other work but didn't. That is being honost.? more

I have bought 2 cars here so far & have been happy with both. I will definitely return when I am ready to buy another. Service department has been very good, they are friendly, call with updates & work hard to meet your timeline to get the car back. more

I came in for service work at this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility was and how professional and courteous Rob the service advisor was. I needed an oil change and i told him i had a coupon from another dealership. He said ok that they would honor it. I was in and out of this dealership in 45 minutes and the bill was right on the coupon price. I will be back more

I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Spring Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and Billy was the individual that answered the phone and helped with the transaction. Billy did a fine job, and delivered the vehicle to Edna, Tx, which is half way to Corpus Christi, where I live. I was pleased with his service, and I was happy with the deal that Spring was willing to make in order to sell me the vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealer to any of my friends interested in a Jeep vehicle more
