I am sorry that Mary feels this way. We pay no commission to our sales people and have no upsell program in place. In fact we make the same profit margin on every bike no matter what the price. Either we mispoke or this is a competitior writing negative reviews. No one by the name of Mary signed into our visitor book last year by the name of Mary or Mary B. more
