Worst experience ever and after buying and recommending Auto Fair for 20+ years I will never be back again. Very unprofessional at Auto Fair Ford and watch out for Auto Fair Honda you might not get what you are promised if you leave without it. Very disappointing. more

The most DISHONEST establishment I have ever entered in my life. Run fast, Run far, Run away and don t look back! These people over charged us for service that we did not need. $640 for a starter. When I told them that I wanted the used part, they told me that it would cost an additional $150 and placed the part on the counter. I inspected the part and determined that it was mine as I had marked it previously. I had to spin it in the box that they had it strapped into, and the starter was at room temp. I asked them if I could put 12 volts to it to see if it was working or not, and was told that it would spin with 12 volts but due to milliamp differences, it means nothing if it spins . At this, I knew i was being mislead and told them that I would pay $150 for the part. They then took the part to the back room and returned 15 minutes later, placed the part on the counter and asked how I would be paying? . I opened the box and my starter was red hot. Too hot to hold! I asked why my part was now hot? and was told I was being combative and asked to leave. Add to this that they also told us that our battery was dead ( the cause of the starter failure). Replacement was recommended at around $200 and declined. We proceeded directly from Auto Fair to an Auto Zone where our battery was load tested and deemed to be working perfectly. This will not be the last chapter to this story, as we plan to report our experience often ,and to every resource available to us. more

These guys made helping my son buy his first car a wonderful event. I made my son do all the work and I was there just to "protect" him from the usual junk dealers pull. I'm happy to say Ron Wilson and the management team treated us great and made us feel like they were selling to their own son. Open, honest, and just great no pressure approach that made it so easy to close an amazing deal in under an hour including a trade, and a loan!! more

I was having a hard time finding a part for my Honda. I went to AutoFair Honda and was helped by a very courteous and helpful person at the desk. I wasn't sure of some of the specs on the part i needed by I was walked through the process and it didn't make me feel stupid. I appreciated the attention that was given to me with this transaction. thanks more

This was our third Honda purchased from this dealership. I have had very good luck with them and like their service department. I did check out peters Honda's, who were also very accommodating and I did get some figures from them. I preferred Auto Fair from past experience with them. In order to keep the negotiations of the purchase fair and balanced, I negotiated with both dealerships. Auto Fair matched the pricing and had the vehicle my wife liked,along with our past experience swade our decision to purchase from Auto Fair. more

I have never been so pleased with a dealership as Auto Fair Honda in Manchester, NH - so much so that after moving to Massachusetts I STILL came up from Worcester to use them to purchase my new vehicle! Jim Thatcher was my salesman and he was BEYOND helpful, courteous, polite, and patient. Due to the circumstances of me living out of state things were at times hectic to coordinate but he was positively wonderful in setting up times to call me and meet with me, I was so impressed with his professionalism and his courtesy. I also had a small child under 5 with me at the time of negotiation/purchase and he was very good with her and patient while I had to divide my attention between her and the sale! As stated, I purchased a car at Auto Fair previously and remembered what a great experience I had there and so made sure to return there. more
