This dealership far exceeded all of my expectations. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and this experience was by far the best one of all. My sales woman Charlotte took great care of my needs and had a great personal touch. No pressure, considerate and kind, not to mention she listened!!! Outstanding job Char!! I bought a car from this company a couple weeks ago after my credit union referred me. The people were very helpful and personable. Not like the guys you find at the dealership. No high pressure sales and they didn't avoid or side step any of my questions. All the information was given to me so that I could make an informed decision on buying a car. \r BTW-I love my Hyundai Sonota and I feel that we got the best value possible by using them. \r Thanks Autotrek! more

New or used, this is THE way to buy a car 1/21/2011

If you havent bought through a ""broker"" before you have to try it. I was referred by my credit union the first time I bought through autotrek several years ago. Since then I have purchased 3 more cars (1 new, 2 used). The process was easy and hassle free. Anytime I have had an issue with my cars autotrek has been there to help. Give it a try, its beats dealing with the dealers. more

A refreshing car buying experience 1/16/2011

I initially found Autotrek via a few vehicles they had advertised locally, and contacted them over the phone. The consultant was very easy to work with, and explained that I didn't necessarily need to purchase ""that"" vehicle; they could help me buy from almost any lot in the state. This really gave me confidence knowing I was buying the right ""used"" car instead of some random vehicle that could have been used/abused. They checked all of the cars out (which my own mechanic verified work they had done). Overall, a very easy way to buy a car compared to a dealer. Highly recommend! more

Easiest car purchase ever! 1/12/2011

I heard about AutoTrek from a friend. They purchased their last vehicle through them and said it great. They were right! It was nothing like going to a typical dealer. There were no games, I worked with one person the whole time, the price on the window was below blue book value and they got me a really good deal on the financing with my credit union. It was the easiest car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend! more
