Bad news Geeks 11/29/2017

I ordered an 8' bedliner for my truck, they sent out a bedliner the was 6.5' that was not in its original packaging. Beside there web-site being down for service (only the part for returns or service ), when I spoke to them 6 times over a period of two weeks, they refused to correct the issue. The bed mat is still rolled up in my driveway where they dropped it off. I have offered to drop it of at their place of business, they said they wouldn't take it. They have refused to send me shipping label to have the part I never ordered returned, instead they want me to stick it in my truck, take pictures and then pay to send it back to them. At one point they said they would send out a courier, but that never happened. Don't purchase from this vendor, they are back actors. more

My order was sent to the wrong address...I spelled my street name..Who is taking these orders on the phone...will not use this place again more

Rip off artists 8/3/2017

First off, they give people discounts for writing a good review, that's why they all appear to be positive. I purchased parts from them with a lifetime guarantee and called them because the parts are junk, no good. They looked up my name and I even gave them my order number and they say I never did business with them. The charges show on my charge card labeled "Partsgeek.com". If I never did business with them why did they charge my charge card? Do not be fooled people, these parts are cheap because they are trash and don't ever expect them to honor any type of warranty. The old saying "Buyer beware" certainly applies here. more

Shady 8/29/2016

Ordered one part, but was billed for two. Their Order Summary page clearly showed that I am buying one item, but when i submited the order, the Order Confirmation showed they billed twice the amount (kept screen prints of both pages). Called them first thing the next morning and they refused to change the quantity back to one. Had to spend my own money to return the second part. Will never use again. more

I ordered a part and it got lost in shipping I called customer service and they told me I had to find it .so I asked for my money back and they said I need to return the part.......what part I don't have it..............will never buy from here again more

PartsGeek are rude and unprofessional 6/16/2016

Ordered online overnight and called that morning. I told them I wanted to cancel. They said I could not cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and they HUNG UP ON ME! Had to call American Express to stop their crooked scheme more

Great Customer Service -- Very Good Prices 12/29/2015

I've been using parts geek for a long time and have spent thousands on parts from them. Recently I ordered about $200 dollars in parts one of which was wrong. I called the easy to find phone number and and had the correct part sent with all shipping to and from covered by parts geek. I am satisfied with my parts and will continue using partsgeek for all my projects. more

Review of Parts Geek: Its a Great Auto Parts Store 9/9/2013

Their products are great, very good quality, Shipping was very fast, took just 3 days to get the auto parts I ordered, they came from NJ to FL. The price is unbeatable, I searched tons of sites an Partsgeek had the best prices by far. I have ordered 3 times from them and they have saved me over $300.00 compared to other stores. Their like having your own auto parts warehouse right on your computer. Partsgeek.com is a great place for your auto parts needs. more
