Best service, awesome staff 12/19/2013

I have been taking my cars to Kirk and Andrea for almost 10 years now. They have helped with every problem under the sun. Their prices are reasonable, and they are very prompt and getting their work done. If they promised me it will be ready by noon, then it is ready by noon. Because I live local they also bring me home and pick me up if the car is going to be there for any length of time. They always advise me of what work I need to have done, and how much it will cost. They also break it down to let me know what has to be done now, and what can wait a little while longer. I recommend them highly. more

Good advice -quality service 11/7/2013

6 months ago, I asked Kirk if I needed brakes ey- he said 'no'- they'd let me know and this week after an oil change, they recommended pads and brake service. It would have been simple to take money from a willing customer 6 months ago for service that wasn't needed- but they're folks of integrity and quality service. I appreciate that. more

Warranty fully honored 11/5/2013

This was a failure of a alternator. The part was replaced free of charge including the labor. The warranty was fully honored. This has not been the case at other auto repair places I have been. I trust you. more

Had the car towed in due to a strange noise. Of course it did not make the noise there. They kept the car and took for several test drives and pulled the wheel to double check. Great job! more
