The ""F"" rating from the Better Business Bureau should be warning enough to stay away! ALF is a scam! They sell cars that are on their last legs, their service department is nonexistant, and their customer service just plain SUCKS!!! I bought a 2008 Ford Taurus X with 65,000 miles on it (Red flag # 1). After 2 days, I noticed that the CV joints were bad. I called the service dept, but got no answer...left a message, but got no response for 3 weeks (Red flag #2). brought it in to complain about the problem, still no response (Red flag #3). Had to get it fixed out of my own pocket. The 3 month/3000 mile warranty expired and the transmission and alternator went out. I also had a hole in the oil pan, causing oil to constantly leak out. The total cost to fix my lemon? $6800. I called IDA (ALF's finance company) to pick up the vehicle, because there was no way in hell I was going to pay $596 a month for a piece of crap taking up space in my driveway.\r

Stay away from ALF. Their owner is a convicted felon, they don't honor their limited warranty, they sell previously wrecked cars that are fixed up just enough to drive home. On top of everything, they have an ""F"" rating from the Better Business Bureau...43 unresoled complaints is UNACCEPTABLE!\r
