I had a smog check done on my car at Auto Care Experts. It was a walk-in appointment, and they greeted me politely and got it done right away. It was short, sweet, done! They really seemed to have a nice attitude and were very appreciative of business. I would definitely go back! more

I've worked with Auto Care Experts a few times now. Recently, I brought in my Lexus and got a smog check. The customer service team was really knowledgeable, on the ball, and the service was really quick and easy. I usually have a good experience with them, and that's what keeps me going back. more

I called because their smog test was only $40 but traveled out of my way because Fred was so patient on the phone. I will now go to him for all my repairs because he not only was so accommodating to the fact I am handicapped, I was impressed with the way he related to the workers and his attention to details. more

His shop guarantees their services, and you can count on Fred to accomplish whatever he tells you. I have used them for both services and mechanical work on my vehicle. Typical shady auto repair shop 11/21/2014

Typical auto repair shop that tries to get you in for extra unnecessary things. $500 to turn check engine light off. Nothing fixed. If you are in OC do yourself a favor and go to Cabot Auto. They are honest and fair priced compared to this place. more

they hooked my truck up for me to drive safe 11/16/2014

Brought it in for an oil change and they noticed my transmission oil was dirty plus the hows was old and drip oil. I felt my gears shifting rough so I had a feeling something was up, so i had a feeling they didnt just try to sell me somsomething i didnt need. They fixed it very fast along with some other things it needed so that my truck wouldnt break down and cost me alot more to fix. I love this place and will always bring our cars there. more

Brakes got done today 11/5/2014

My car was making a noise that I did not know where it was coming from, I came to auto care experts and they checked it and got my back on the road the same day, I had to go LA today and it was very omp[ortant to have my car back. I am very happy with the service and recommend them also. more

Auto Care Experts is just amazing. I love them. Fred, the owner, is very customer-oriented, professional, classy, and caring. I completely trust him, and even view him as a friend. He makes sure I am taken care of and that I am not without a vehicle, as he knows I drive a lot. He makes sure he finds the best price for me. He always goes the extra mile EVERY time I go there. For example, once there was a part on my vehicle that had been recalled, which I didn't know about. He pointed it out to me. He is efficient and completely professional, yet very warm at the same time. He is the top of the line, and simply put, the best. more
