Resident Pool Control - Kudos!!!!! Summertime is here and the pools are getting plenty of attendance. I was at the Boulder pool on Saturday afternoon. A gentleman in a red shirt with AH came in and began checking for the access cards issued to residents. I was very pleased to see this as I frequently see large groups of people who are not residents or residents who bring 5+ guests and take over the pool. I'm glad to see people enjoy the pool area and that they can bring a guest or two, BUT, when they number is excessive or the pool area looks like a daycare, it really spoils it for those of us who live here. I want to commend AR for checking the pools for resident access cards during peak times... Furthermore commend the AR rep who was out at the pool. He was professional to all... more

Thank you so much for your time and efforts with myself and Brandon on Saturday. I am afraid we took up most of your afternoon. Your kindness, perfessional demeanor and humor guided Brandon to make what I think is the right decision in choosing Austin Ranch as his new home. You set the bar very high, and easily clear it. Cindy, it was nice to finally meet you last week. As promised, I wanted to put in writing how wonderful and helpful Sarah DePasquale has always been to me. No matter what my issue or problem may be, she has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I so appreciate her! You have a great employee with her there. She is definitely an asset to Austin Ranch! I would also like to set a time to meet with you about letting me put the apts that are available for rent online in my MLS system as a real estate Broker. I would be more than happy to do that and push all calls your way. I know you all pay a referral or finder’s fee to agents so how can we work that? What we have done for other properties is when an agent calls me from my listings on MLS, we pay them 50% and I would get 50% of whatever amount you guys are paying if the unit is rented. And I think you pay 50 – 100% of first month’s rent, depending on how long of a lease they sign, correct? Let me know how we can work it and I’ll get Austin Ranch 100% leased for you! J more

I have heard of some people having a bad experience, but you will get that at any community. I am just amazed that so many people have posted as having a bad experience.I have lived in 3 different apartments at Austin Ranch over the past 4 years and I haven't had any problems. The only reason I changed apartments is because I like change in my life. I have lived in a loft apartment across from the leasing office, in a 3 story town home, and now near the main pool. All three have been great locations, and I haven't had any issue with parking or noise. Any maintenance request was answered the same day, or the next if I called it in late at night. The only serious maintenance issue was caused by me on accident, and they had it repaired the next day. The convenience of different pools, gym locations, restaurants, and bars on property have made it an enjoyable experience. I will live here until I either buy a house, move for work, or get married. more

I'm a resident who’s lived at Austin Ranch about 1 ½ years. I wanted us to let you know how wonderful Cindy’s customer service has been throughout my residency. she is exceptional – and particularly great at events and communication with me and other residents. more

That was all your doing. People will always voice their opinions when they aren't satisfied but too few let others know when they have received great service. I was surprised to see that you called me way after closing time to tell me that I was approved. You went above and beyond what you had to do. I was really happy and wanted to let management know! I’m writing to thank you very much for taking the time to select very qualified, knowledgeable professional individuals to work at Austin Ranch Apartments.I called the office on August 7th around 6:00p.m. and Jackie answered the phone. I explained to Jackie that my air conditioner wasn’t working and she promised that she would send someone over before she left for the day. Jackie really worked hard to make certain that I didn’t have an uncomfortable weekend with my niece and my husband in the apartment. Within less than an hour the maintenance person was at my door.So, I thank Jackie for her commitment to your residents.I would also like to commend Eva. She’s been phenomenal throughout my entire stay on Austin Ranch. Eva really cares about the residents and she and her staff are very proficient and great at providing excellent service. more

I am writing to compliment Kassundra at Austin Ranch. We were very impressed with Kassundra's work ethic, her professionalism and her enthusiastic attitude. Kassundra helped my husband and myself recently with a billing situation. We were charged a fee for housing a pet. I am highly allergic to pets and therfore do not own any pets. She took the time to listen to the facts and research our circumstances. Kassundra is a lady... very classy and professional. We are very thankful that such a professional woman is working in management at Austin Ranch. more

My First Maintenance Request - Kudos!!! I put in my first set of requests today.  I can’t believe how quickly someone came out and fixed everything.  Thank you to the friendly lady who took my requests and to the maintenance staff who came out so promptly and fixed everything. more

I was very pleased with the leasing process from start to finish. The service was exceptional from all of the leasing staff and my leasing needs were met in a timely fashion. Overall, I would recommend this complex to any other prosepctive resident. more
