Once a year I have Scott from Austin Plumbing Company come to check every bit of plumbing in the house. If something needs fixing he will repair it right then and there, or make an appointment to come back. I've never had anyone else do my plumbing and when I call them I request Scott. He is polite, clean, and experienced. The prices are right and I recommend their service. more

I had a backup caused by a sewer clog. Austin Plumbing Company came out and unclogged it. He gave me a heads up that the sewer line needed to be looked at by a contractor. By doing that, I at least knew what was ahead and he saved me having to deal with a surprise second issue. They recommended another company. I was very happy with them. more

I was first impressed that when I checked their website I learned there they are located, not just given a phone number. This could allow you to go there if you felt it was necessary. When I called I was pleasantly surprised that the phone was promptly answered by an actual person, no automated phone system or, black hole leave a message click! I was told they would be out not only the same day but they gave me a 2 hour window as to when I should expect them, plus the assurance that if they couldnt make it within that time frame they would call. They were here well within the 2 hour window. First thing, disposable shoe booties went on and before work was started the area from the door to where he was working was covered with drop cloth. After analyzing the issue he explained possible options all presented as, this is a possible option, never a must. I felt very comfortable with the decision I made. The job was completed within the estimated time frame. The total experience is that I now have more than just a repair job. more

I hired Austin Plumbing Company to address some plumbing issues in my home. They exceeded my expectations from the moment I called their office through to the work they completed. A very important reason for why I hired them is because they screen they employees. After being a victim of a home invasion and having a brother whose contractor's employee broke into his home, knowing that Austin Plumbing screens their employees gave me peace of mind. My hot water heater started leaking and Austin Plumbing was able to send someone the same day. Jassen did a fantastic job. He was able to remove the old tank and installed a new one in a very short time. The installation was done very cleanly (there was no mess for me to clean up). Also, the new tank was a definite upgrade over the old one. more
