Worst

A very good friend of mine has a dog that they boarded here once. When they got their dog back, she was afraid of raised hands for about a week. That doesn't say very good thing...

Long standing boarder 4/22/2016

Our black Lab has been staying at the Aurora Kennel 3-4 times a year for 6 years. She practically drags me in the door when I drop her off so I know she has no worries about staying there. The staff is friendly and courteous and have no qualms about showing you where your pet will stay. My neighbor has started to board there as well and she said her dog is happy and healthy when she picks her up. I have signed Reba up for a bath and have been pleased with how she looks when I pick her up. I would recommend the Aurora Kennel. more

Great place with great people 12/6/2011

This place is simply great! The staff is professional, they have a lot of knowledge on animals and really care a lot about their job. They gave great attention to my older dog, who needed a lot of medication and help. They gave him a lot of outdoor time in the play area, just because the concrete was too hard on his joints. My dog was also given a free bath, which was awesome! It may not have all the bells and whistles as the other places around, but they really care about the animals and do a great job. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else. more

worry free dog care 8/7/2009

I have taken my dog here for many years and he has always recieved excellent care , he has a nervous stomach and needs special food and they are always willing to take him and he loves it there! more

Don't Do It 9/29/2005

A very good friend of mine has a dog that they boarded here once. When they got their dog back, she was afraid of raised hands for about a week. That doesn't say very good things about the quality of care (or lack thereof) she recieved while their responsibility. I would run screaming from this place. more

Never. 9/29/2005

I called this place when I moved to the area and was told that the vet would call me back regarding being a possible patient, proposed care, etc. That was 6 months ago, and I haven't heard back since. Also, the receptionist told me that she doesn't think the vets have a very good "bedside manner." I wouldn't take my girls anywhere they are not treated well. more
