The installer was very friendly, chatty actually. Would highly recommend Specialist Aurora Garage Doors for everyone. The door is beautiful and very well insulated. more

Saved me major money 7/2/2013

I have used Garage Door Rrepair Pinellas Park quite a few times on different properties and find they have fair pricing cordial staff and are quick to come to my repair needs. It is hard to find a company in Hermitage Tn who excels my customer service expectations and Ive got to tell you Hermitage TN Garage Doors has done this and more. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone. more

The tech was the most amazing person. He had a nice big smile on his face once he showed up, and was able to carry on a polite conversation with me WHILE he worked. I kept asking if I was a bother, and he said no. We talked the full time and he did a great job. more

They were professional and I felt comfortable having them working at my house. You can't always say that for people in the building industry anymore. Their work was very detailed and well-done. When they were finished and demonstrating my new doors to me the doors seemed fine but tec saw or heard something and adjusted the door again before accepting that it was done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and getting it right. more

they were not able to come right away, which was fine with me. I didn't need my car immediately, so we worked out a time for them to come by. They called to let me know that they were delayed, which I appreciated. more

Fast service 3/27/2013

I called them up one morning last week, and they showed up to my doorstep a couple of hours later to fix the problem with my garage door. They work at an excellent pace and they were fairly inexpensive. I just wanted to write this review to show my appreciation to the best garage door company in town. more

Fast service 3/15/2013

I had to call Specialist Aurora Co Garage Doors back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

I had a drunk driver crash into my garage door I was so upset with this that I wanted someone to come see it right away. I read reviews that say how fast and great they are and I thought why not try them? The reviews were all true!! more

Not knowing which company was trust worthy to repair our garage door from, this sight helped us alot and the service we received was total satisfactory. They came on time, fixed up and when one of batteries were not functioning, Tech came in 48 hours to replace with a new one, and again on time. Highly recommend for people like us who do not want to get ripped off nor suffer later with unprofessional job. more
