I had a crown that came loose two years ago, and went in to see Dr. Ricks. He and the staff was very friendly and professional. I had not been in to see Dr. Ricks or any other dentist since then. I could not believe that when I called to make the appointment and when I spoke to Alicia she remembered who I was. I made an appointment for two weeks out, and received a call early this morning about a cancellation and got in to see Dr. Blatter today and got a cleaning. Everyone there was very friendly, professional and again I can't believe that the hygienist also remembered who I was. I am looking forward to all my future treatments. Thanks to all the staff members! more

I have a major fear of the dentist and this is the FIRST dental office I have been too that I am looking forward to going back. I say office because everyone who works there is really unbelievable in how friendly and professional they are! I've been to 8 different dentists in my lifetime and this was truly the nicest experience I've had. Keep up the great work! more

OMG, words can not say how much I love this office ! The staff is so friendly and happy and make you so comfortable that you don't mind being at the dentist ! I tended to avoid dentists, but it is surprisingly a pleasure to be there. The office is absolutely beautiful and they have t.v.s in each room and you can watch what interests you while you are getting work done, it's a nice distraction if you need it. I have had a lot of work done with both Kyle Ricks and Landon Blatter and all has been beautifully done with the most care. They are very personable and make you feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The Hygienists are just as friendly and have the latest equipment. They are helpful without feeling judgmental- perfect for me. Guess I did find quite a few words, but it was easily done. Thank you guys. more

Can not give enough praise. Dr. Ricks and the staff are the most friendly , genuine, compassionate, people . If you are looking for a dentist this is where you want to be. Great group of people! Dr. Blatter is very attentive and genuine. His staff is great also - Vicki and the dental assistant are awesome! The ladies up front are super friendly as well!! One of them even mailed my insurance card to me after I had left it there! The entire team at Aurora Family Dentistry is professional and very friendly. I always have a great experience when I go to my dentist! :-) yay! more
