Cant even begin to explain my amazing experience with Aura Laser. It is simply awesome. The receptionist was super friendly and cute and the doctor did an awesome job on my face. The prices are reasonable and I will only go here from now on, and to do lazer treatments soon. I suggest for anyone doing Botox, I look AMAZING! more

I first heard of Aura Laser a few weeks ago when my roommate went to them for her acne. By the looks of it and from the moment I walked into this spa I was impressed with their staff’s knowledge and level of professionalism. I signed up for a series of 4 ipl Photofacial treatments to get rid of some age spots on my cheeks and forehead areas. I must say that so far I am very impressed. At the consult time they explained to me what ipl treatments treat and what to expect after I am done with the series. They also educated me on in-home skin care practices. I have one more session and the age spots on my face have lightened in color and some have totally disappeared. Now this, in my opinion, is a very smart investment I made in my skin. more

After being skeptical about laser hair removal for quite some time, I decided to go ahead and search for a reputable place to have this done. I came across Aura Laser Skin Care on Google and called to inquire about their services and prices. The girl I spoke with was extremely sweet and informative. She booked me right away for a free consultation and on the next day when I came in a registered nurse did a test patch so I could see how the laser works. It felt practically painless so I decided to go ahead and get the treatment and I signed up for a series of 6 treatments for the legs. I am on my 4th treatment now and almost half of the hair is gone. I am very satisfied with both the results and their level of customer service that I am setting aside my tax refund for some Botox treatment with their doctor. more

I've been quite disappointed with the treatment I've been receiving for laser hair removal. Treatments seem quite rushed with no attention to detail. It seems that nurses don't care to ensure that they do a thorough job and when confronted about it I'm always told ""lasers have a dispursing effect."" I personally don't buy it because I have had laser in the past which was much more thorough and professional. The treatment I'm getting at Aura is not working after 4 visits whereas I've seen results almost immediately when I had treatment a few years ago at a different clinic. I guess you get what you pay for - they do have very cheap prices but I suppose it's because they also invested in cheap laser equipment. more

Don't trust the 5 star Reviews- Check their standing with the BBB instead!! \r \r To be fair to the general unsuspecting public I feel obligated to let you know this discovery. Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam of theirs. I was diligent in researching where to get my laser hair removal done as it is an expensive service and I wanted to make sure I was getting professional and effective service for my money. I read several online reviews which were outstanding mainly 5 star so I felt comfortable to buy a non-refundable package. \r \r After 3 treatments Nader and Katy (owners) stopped honoring the treatment that I purchased and insisted on treating a smaller area than we had initially agreed on. When I tried to work things out with them, they were extremely rude, discourteous and condescending following their value of ""the customer is always Wrong"" lol\r \r After being treated this way i decided to re-check their online reviews that had made me purchase a package to begin with. To my surprise, they had used my profile (name, gender, ethnicity, age, location, package purchased) to create a positive 5 star review. It was unmistakably me who they had used to fraudulently create this profile. Upon confronting them about it, they eventually removed this review. \r \r I was extremely disgusted of their verbal abuse and unprofessional conduct and opted to lose my money and not go back for further treatments. \r \r I Just thought I would warn you not to trust all the 5 star reviews! A better way is to check their credibility with the BBB!! more

As medical professional i have a very high set of standards i set for my peers and those who treat me. I had laser hair removal treatments at Aura and am very happy with the outcome. I am of South American background and the treatment outcome has been very successful for me. the Nurses are knowledgeable and professional. The spa is very clean and hygienic. I recommend Aura highly. more

I wanted to thank the Aura staff for the excellent service I received during my last hair removal treatment. Abby the nurse who treated me was very good and really cared not to miss any hairs on my face. One thing I noticed now is that Aura has more staff and lasers than when I first visited and that is a good thing in my opinion. more

I am egyptian and have dark skin. I had laser done on my bikini back in california which didn't work well at all. My sister had treatments at Aura Laser skin care and was very satisfied.\r I first decided i wanted to have more brazilian treatments but after i bought my package i realized i don't need the full brazilian so i talked to them and asked if i could add my chin area to the package i purchased since they are not doing the whole brazilian but just the bikini?!!(which is a lower price)\r \r Anyway, just wanted to say they are super nice and said no Problem and basically applied some of the money i paid towards another area for me so i wouldn't have to lose the money i paid...\r i think they are very good i have noticed a lot of clearing in the hairs treated and i have only had 3 so far and have 3 more i am sure 80% will be gone by my last appt.\r The nurses are very good and knowledgable so i don't have to worry if they are all doing the same standard of work..\r Good Luck\r Christine\r I Pros: best prices and very accomodating Cons: if u need after work it's tough to get in more

After searching for the price for hair laser removal, I found Aura. On the whole, the procedure results have been positive but my experience with their confused pricing policies and poor communication has been frustrating. \r \r Initially I purchased the package of six for leg and bikini. When my sessions were completed, I was informed that I will be able to get additional single treatments at a 30% discount. When I returned the following month for my scheduled treatment (#7) I was then informed that I would only qualify for a discount if I purchased additional 3 sessions (glad I clarified before actually going in for treatment). In their brochure they advertise 30% off for returning customers (I must clarify, customers that purchase the package of six) yet they did not grant me that. I feel it is imperative that a business keeps its terms especially when it is declared on a brochure.\r \r Since it is June, my plan was to purchase the 7th session, take the summer off because one cannot expose treatment area to the sun, then return for more sessions in the winter but I will no longer give my money or business to proprietors that deceive their clients. I shopped around and found Aura to have the best pricing, but you get what you pay for sometimes. I have had a few appointments, and some with a good tech and a couple with gals that only want to talk about there boyfriends and ex husband. \r \r They seem to want you to purchase a package but dont make arranging appts. easy for working people. \r \r There is no doctor on sight as I thought there would be. I was told he is only there one day a week and for only a few hours. \r \r You consult with Katie who is very knowledgeable. treatments are with others, not quite as knowledgeable for sure. \r \r Its a good place, for the price. I am a 35 year old female and have and about 2 years ago, after having my first child, I started noticing some gark green veins appearing on the back of my legs. When I showed them to my family doctor he recommended I have them treated with laser. I looked up laser clinics online and read all the great reviews about Aura so I went for the free consult. The nurse I met with was very pleasant and informative. She explained exactly how laser vein therapy works and the price was not bad at all so I signed up for treatment package. I am now on my 4th treatment and the veins have dissipated. They normally get darker a day or 2 after the treatment and then they disappear. LIKE MAGIC. I am black and have extremely coarse and ingrown facial hair. Lately i have experienced more ingrown hairs and dark areas from the scarring of the ingrown hairs.\r i read reviews about Aura and that's how i tried them out.. i have had 2 consultations at other clinics one at a vey plastic surgery spa and one at dermatology clinic.\r \r I came to the Aura medspa for my consultation i spoke to katy who everyone seems to know by first name and rely on her at the clinic for expertise and knowledge. I had a consultation and i thought immediately she knows SKIN..She was concise thorough and to the point. i was given a treatment plan and told how my skin would be cared for and what they would do at every step of the treatment plan. My girlfriend told me i need to write this and give credit where it's due!\r \r Ok, so i am native american and have had horrific acne and scarring since my teenage years i am now in my late twenties. My girlfriend is the reason i even stopped in this place. She started having laser bikini hair treaments.\r I went in to talk to the gal about my skin too on her insistence. I wasn't prepared to drop down a whole bunch of cash since i had heard it all and done it all and lost all the money and left looking exactly the same at other places.\r \r The lady reassured me that i don't have to commit to a huge package of lasers and other treatments. I bought one treatment with the laser she told me would help my skin... I had results right away!!\r I went to my parents for dinner a week after just that ONE time and my Mom noticed my skin looked better. She asked me what i did to my face it was much less ""Bumpy"" I told her i had a laser treatment. She was so happy she offered to help me out with the payments if i decided to go and have more laser acne treamtnets. I am ecstatic and i am going to share!\r I went to Aura Laser Skin Care last week to find out prices and do a consultation about laser hair removal. i immediately was given a list of prices?? I have never seen another spa do that? they always wait until they get you in the ""interrogation room!! ""before they divulge what anything is going to cost!!\r \r This medspa is consistently about 1/2 the price of other places i have looked into. There are nurses and medical doctors on site who care and know about skin and skin problems... so no one has treatments unsuperivised.. I decided to start the package and i am noticing results from the laser bikini hair removal already.... the hair is hardly growing and very patchy but i was told.. this is how it starts to slow the hair from regrowing... Let me start with out by saying that the customer service was wonderful and very professional. The receptionist explained everything to me in detail, and was very knowledgable. She had answered every question that I had, and made me feel very important. \r The salon was very clean. My treatment was amazing, and I started seeing results almost immediately!!! \r Their stylist Lina is an awesome stylist!! My hair turned out to be a lot better then I expected! It was exactly what I wanted and then some!! I will definately be going back to see her!!\r I am looking forward to going back to recieve more services!! First off, the staff and facility of Aura Laser Skin Care is what sets this medspa apart from any other. The staff are professional, knowledgeable but most of all, friendly. I felt, from the moment I walked in, that these folks really care about my needs. Their front desk receptionist Amelia was very knowledgeable and polite to say the least. She went out of her way to answer any and all of my questions. The spa is immaculate and beautiful, it's true relaxation at its best. As for cost, Aura?s prices are UNMATCHED, and I felt no pressure buying at all. \r Now for me, I was referred to Aura Laser Skin Care by my friend for their Acne care solutions. I was put on their Acne Gold treatment system, and immediately noticed the change in my skin. In just as little as a week, the majority of my acne, blemishes and bumps cleared up and the scars from previous blemishes had began to fade. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review, however, I feel as though I owe it to other people looking for a skin care spa. I felt that the staff at Aura were very unprofessional. I waited for quite some time after my scheduled appointment while the staff at the desk chatted with each other about non related work issues. Although the prices were reasonable, the attention given to me was unsatisfactory in comparison to other spa experiences I have had. I will not be going back to Aura and feel that my money can best be spent elsewhere. more

Let me start by saying my 5 stars is only based on 2 services. I plan on going back and seeing if the rest of the 'menu' is as good as the Botox & Eyelash Ext service. Kady is the manager and she is awesome. But more than that, she's honest! And when you are getting needles poked in your head...honesty is really all we care about, right? (She did a great job on the lashes, but they are just not for me...)\r \r Price: The price is right...no pun intended. I dont think they are the cheapest out there but again...when the needles with foreign liquid are being shot in to your head, I am not sure that ""CHEAP"" is the way to go. Same goes with super strength eyelash glue being teetered 1 millimeter from your eyeball!\r \r Service: I called for the eyelash appt first, basically got right in. I wanted to schedule Botox at the same time but was informed i would need a consultation first. (As inconvenient as this was for me, an experienced 'Botoxee', i do see the value in this for first timers). The Doc was taking appointments for Fri & Sat's...so I got in a week and a half later...When I got there for my appointment, I had my 4 year old son with me...unconventional, i know. But my old place shuffled me in and out in about 5 minutes so it was never a problem. At AURA, they actually took the time to prep my skin, talk to me, educate me (ie show me what they were going to do and how), etc...Kady was so good with him! They didn't even bat an eye. Now I am not recommending you take preschoolers to the spa with you, and my son won't be joining me the next time, but in this case, they sure did make life easy for us. \r \r Overall: It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back there for my botox refills.
