Auntie Anne's Pretzels

My son and I stopped by for a pretzel. Maleigha waited on us. Another worker got us a pretzel, but it was too dark/done for my taste. I asked if they could switch it for another. Maleigha rolled her eys and made a face. I asked why the face and she got very defensive and rude. The other worker was very nice. I ask what the manager's name was because I would be calling. The next day I called. When I asked to speak to Jaclyn, the worker asked my name, if I knew Jaclyn and why I wanted to talk to her. I asked if she was supposed to screen calls. She said she would take my name and have the manager call me. I said no, I wanted to talk to her now. I spoke with the manager and she was very nice. Hopefully, this will go to the regional office. In 44 years, I have never been treated so rudely at any establishment. more

Auntie Anne's is located in Sooner Fashion Mall. They have several different kinds of flavored pretzels to choose from. Auntie Anne's have the soft, warm pretzels. Along with it you can choose from several different dips, you can go cheesey, spicey, or sweet if you want. While your at it feel free to pick up a soda too. Oh and the best part this place is reasonable on it's prices. I do recommend it. a pretzel makes a great snack when you wanna take a break from shopping. more
