Part of our client commitment is to fully investigate each worker before employment including personal reference checking, licensure verification, criminal records checks, CPR certification, and drug testing. Augustine caregivers also receive a health screening prior to employment and annually thereafter to ensure they are free of tuberculosis or other communicable diseases.
Augustine also provides bonding and insures personnel for theft, injury, or accident. Of course, as a service for our clients we also pay all required payroll taxes and social security benefits for these workers.
Augustine Program Managers closely supervise each caregiver providing services and make on-site supervisory visits to monitor caregiver's skills and client satisfaction with our services. Augustine Program Managers are always available by telephone or to meet with you in person to discuss any comments or suggestions you may have with our services. Augustine is committed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Personal care services:
When you want a little extra assistance with personal necessities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders, our trained and licensed Personal Attendants are your solution. These workers are selected for their gentle manners and dedication. They provide the discreet assistance you require so that you can enjoy your independence and dignity.
Companionship services:
Augustine's Companions will take the rough edges off your day as they accompany you around the house or around town. Sometimes another set of hands or eyes or even a strong arm are all that's needed. With our companion services you can get out and about as often as you want. Why feel isolated and home-bound when an Augustine companion can accompany you whenever you choose.
A la carte services:
If you would like assistance with meal preparation, shopping or household chores, Augustine has a roster of workers to fill the assignment. Just tell us what you need and when you'd like it done and we'll take it from there.
