Augie's Frontburner is a unique experience. It's a small place (although it has a basement used for private parties) and it's decor is somewhat avant garde. This is a great place for a business lunch meeting (the tables are topped with white linens). There is a small bar as well. Dinner is served both inside and outside during the warmer months. The best pick is usually the special of the day but the blackened chicken salad never fails either (ask for dressing on the side - once mine was a bit soggy). They also do well with seafood options so I'm told, but I regret to say I am not a seafood fan. more

Augie's is a very nice place to eat. It is very nicely decorated with wonderful paintings and that makes the atmosphere very relaxing. The menu has a variety but some of the food is kind of fancy, and some people that I have been there with also feel it is kind of weird. They have a mango duck pizza as an appetizer which is pretty good. And they have wonderful crab cakes. There is a bar in the restaurant as well and they have a long list of wines. It is a nice place to go on a date or even with your family, and it is definitely a different experience. The staff is friendly and I have enjoyed myself when I have been there. more
