This place is certainly a scam! My husband took a DVD player there for service under warrarty and they have had the DVD player for over 3 months now! This DVD player is part of a surround sound system that we had have no use of for over 3 months now! Audiotronics gives no straight answers! My husband has called on several occassions and was told by an employee each time that more parts had to be ordered and they are waiting for the parts to arrive to perform the repair. I finally called this week on Wednesday and was told a similar story. I demanded to speak to the manager, Yuriy, who was not available. I asked what is taking over 3 months to repair and they had no reasonable explanation. I asked for the shop's hours and I was advised, 9-5, yet the techs are not there 9-5 yet work in the evening... does this makes sense!?!?! During this timeframe, I NEVER received a phone call from Audiotronics advising me of the status of the repair, NEVER! I called back on Thursday monring and spoke to the manager who promised me that I would receive a phone call when the part came in and when the repair was complete. I did not receive a phone call, so I called them today, Friday, and was told that the part came into about 2 hours prior to my call. They advised that the tech was currently working on it and it SHOULD be repaired by day's end. I plan on driving over tonight and picking up my DVD player one way or the other! I tried to repair a car audio, paid NON Refundable $20 (witch they stated is going to be included in the final price) first of all they told me it's going to take 3-4 days before they give me an answer. after 2 weeks, on Monday i called them from 9am, till 1:30PM, until someone actually picked up the phone, the guy Told me, that he Looked at it, and the Switches are broken and i have to call in 2 days, after i called, another guy Told me that they didn't even look at it.! after 3 days i got an answer that they Ordered some parts. now, one week later, I called, the answer was: (everything is fine, we just cant find your Tracking Number SIR.) like i asked for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! more
