My boss is the CEO of a large company, and has been using Audio Visual Communication Systems for ten or more years. He has built several homes in the area, and Michael at AVCS has done work in each one. This includes everything from large theater rooms to simple TV and sound systems, which there seem to be a million of. My boss is not tech savvy, and Michael is very hands on and professional. Whenever there's a glitch, he will come out the same day to take care of it. This can be anything, even as simple as dead batteries or a loose wire, and Micheal is right there. Best of all, Michael can be trusted explicitly. Normally it's necessary to have someone at the house when work is being performed as a precautionary measure. But Michael, and his assistant Steve, can come and go as they need to, and that's a nice thing. He has good ethics, and that makes for a very good working relationship. As a result of Michael's attentiveness and skill, my boss has recommended AVCS to many of his executives. They have reported back glowing results. Only complaint is about scheduling. Sometimes vague in committing to day/time and often does not arrive at the house at the agreed upon time. Not good about follow up phone calls. When he says "I'll get back to you about scheduling," I always have to follow up with him. That, however, is the only shortcoming. He gives excellent service, excellent products, is very knowledgable, very helpful, offers a full range of services, and is a pleasure to do business with. I am also thrilled to be doing business with a small business; getting the attention of the owner who is also the technical expert. I have full confidence that we are getting what we pay for and that his pricing is fair and reasonable. The service is worth the few extra dollars over the national chain prices. Besides the occasional follow up phone call or not arriving when expected, the service is great!! more

We had Audio Visual Communication install some new TVs. They got everything hooked up, but we had some problems with the actual company that was providing the television service. Audio Visual Communication actually came back and worked side-by-side with them to make sure everything was right. We were pretty impressed with that, and we're happy it's all up and running. more
