When I was looking for the right sound system for my new premium denim boutique, Addicted Jeans Store, I went everywhere looking for, and researching what would be the right fit for my needs. This was an important purchase for me, because it was integral in creating the right atmosphere for my customers. My boutique encompasses 3 floors, yes, with a staircase, so the overall system had to be designed properly. I went to all the big box names, and they all boasted of their expert knowledge and ability to guide you in your purchasing decsion. But I never felt totally comfortable with the advice I was getting and the product that was being recommended to me. I kept asking around until finally someone recommended Audio Video Synergy. Well, when I visited, I KNEW I had found the experts I was looking for! They guided me clearly through all my options, and patiently answered all my questions. They had a great sound room that let me hear what all the different kinds of speakers I was considering would really sound like. They were all super nice! The customer service was excellent! I feel like I made friends as well as business associates! From the first day my boutique opened, I received compliments on my sound system!!! I have been more than completely satisfied, I have been thrilled with my purchase and would recommend Audio Video Synergy with the highest enthusiasm. more

Although we love our new system... we are still having difficulties using all of the features. I don't feel it is a terribly user friendly thing at all. It can be very frustrating. Just when you think you have it all figured out... you can't get the speakers working in the other rooms! more

My husband and I hired Audio-Video Synergy to install a home entertainment system, and to hang our flat screen TV. We found them online in a search, and gave them a call because they were local. We prefer to support local businesses. They came out immediately for an estimate, and were very professional. The emailed with all the information we requested, and then called to see how we were doing. We were impressed, and hired them for the job. The install was very professional and clean. I really like that they asked for my channel preferences when programming the remote control. They really wanted to personalize the experience. Throughout the process, they were always available. I remember having a question about our system, and it happened to be a holiday. I texted our representative, and he called me immediately, and answered my question. They were great to deal with, and I would use them again, if I had the need. more
