My wife made an appointment to have her cars back glass tinted 2 weeks in advance. The appt was set for 11am and she was told the cost would be between $75 and $100.
I showed up just prior to appt time only to find out their one and only window tinter normally doesn't come in until after 12:30 but the good news is, I'm his only appointment for the day.
The counter person made a call to him after which I was informed he would be there by 11:30 so I leave, grab a bite and come back. When I come back, he's still not in but shows up around 12...(and I thought doctors were bad about keeping a schedule).
Still...at least he's finally here, Right?
We settle on a tint and I give them the keys at which time they inform me it will now cost $125 NOT between $75 and $100 as previously quoted.
Mind you, I'm hanging around waiting for this to be done! and I'm already 2 hours invested in the process.
An hour after the window tinter arrives, my car still hasn't even been touched and when I ask about it, one of the guys comes out and tells me it's going to be another 3 hours!!!!
That was it---I was done!! I ask for my keys and left never to return. And you want to hear the best part? Of all people, It was the OWNER who was the window tinter! It was the OWNER who treats the customers with such disregard for their time!!
Folks...at all costs...stay away from this place! They don't deserve your business! There are too many other hard working, responsible, and respectful business'es out there who would appreciate your business. Give your dollars to them...NOT Audio Labs in Marysville.
