I am sorry I cannot go into this in great length as these people have taken so much of my time already. Initially it was like dealing with a bunch of shady crooks and then it got worse. The install they did on my car was horribly, nightmarish. I was required to take my car to The Specialists to repair the damage that they had done. If your car is worth less than $1000 and your OK with your system not being installed correctly you might be OK with them. If you want a better install go find some homeless people and give them the $1. My purchase from Audio Express was over $4000. I can't recall ever receiving such poor service any where in my 35 years. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE more

Don't go to Audio Express 6/10/2008

I needed a new alarm system for my car. I went in to Audio Express and priced alarms several times. Then my alarm was no longer working so I went in and bought a Code Alarm system. I was told it would be installed in a few hours, they would call, I didn't need to make an appointment and return. I went to the mall and waited (they had my car). After 4 hours I returned and my car was still being worked on. I asked how long till I can expect my car. We are busy it will be a while. So I said ok I want it done right I will wait. I waited and waited ...... and waited, Pros: If you like BS go here Cons: Very poor service more

I was told they do not take appointments to install equipment so if I bring it in first thing in the morning it would be one of the first out. So we had the vehicle there right at 8 AM when they open. I figured it would take maybe 6 hours at the most to install a new system, including an amp and a car alarm. Nope, by 3 PM I called them, they said still working on it, we will call you when ready. Ok, to really do a job right, it takes time. They close at 7 PM, the were ready and called me at 6:30 PM. 10 1/2 hours seems like a long time to install, but only have to do this once right? He turns on the sound, major disappointment, but I figure needs to be adjusted to my liking. I go to back out and notice my shifter indicator on the column is messed up. In park it shows reverse. I call them back out to look at it. Said bring it in tomorrow at noon and we will take care of it, it is just an adjustment. The next morning I checked it out. They broke the cable adjuster under the dash. I fixed it with some plastic wire ties to hold it in place. I did not want them back under my dash doing more damage. more
