Audi of Alexandria

this was the worse car dealership I ever been to. They were plain rude and had no respect for the customer. After spending valuable time trying to finalize the price, they made all these add-ons at the last minute. Their sales manager was completely rude and obnoxious. I was so insulted. I have been a valued audi owner for several years and will never go back to this dealership. more

I dont know what hapened to last review I wrote. I hate when this happens. I wrote about the Q5 which i recently bought from audi of Alexandria. I loved the whole experience, and the car is fantastic. This is my 3rd car from this dealership and I have had all good experiences. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. more

I have bought 2 cars already from Tommy Luck at Audi of Alexandria and couldn't be happier. I have tried a few other dealers and nobody compares. He went out of his way several times to get me the car that fit my needs best I appreciate this. He has been top sales associate there for a very long time and I can definately see why. He's definately an asset to Audi of Alexandria. I visit the dealership often and he never acts like he has something better to do. Top class sales person. I also highly command the GM for his superb example that he sets. He doesn't act like he is too good to speak to customers or above the salespeople. They work as a team therefore the customer always gets the best deal. high marks for the service department there as well, i have never had an issue getting top class service. I suggest that you guys give Tommy and Sammie (GM) a chance to show you for themselves at Audi of Alexandria what a luxury car buying experience should feel like. more
