was EXTREMELY courteous and polite 9/22/2010

I have never purchased a car using the Internet before, but I was able to complete negotiations over the phone and via e-mail w/Len Luskin. When we arrived at the dealership, Len graciously handed us over to Sunny Davis, his associate for Internet sales. She was EXTREMELY courteous and polite, when we got down to it, the paperwork was EXACTLY what Len and I had negotiated on price. No Questions asked! Sunny took the time w/my wife, showing her the car, explaining all the features, and making the buying experience the LEAST stressful it has EVER been. If the car holds up to the quality of the Internet sales folks, then we should only ever need oil changes! more

Chapman just bought out Beaudry...and what a relief. They are so much nicer and much more helpful in servicing your car. Quick fixes on your car when it is promised to you. more

Excellent; the shuttle service has vastly improved over the last year from before time. Time to complete repairs and service has also shortened without loss of quality. Kudos. more

That was big 8/19/2010

I dropped my vehicle off without an appointment and before your service dept was even open there was an arriving consultant who was eager to inquire about what I was there for. She hadn't even settled into her area before taking care of me and getting me on my way. That was big. I don't remember her name, the card she gave me is at home, but her office is on the right side of the island to the left if you're facing that particular island. more
