SUPERIOR SERVICE 3/5/2012

I typically despise the car shopping process, but not at Audi Cary... this low-key environment allows you to shop without pressure, while providing key information at the same time. LEN TALARICO helped me find my way into a new A5, and I absolutely love it!! It is just the right car for me, and I couldn't have enjoyed the experience more. Great Sales experience with Steven Walther 8/5/2011

I recently purchased a new 2012 Audi Q5 from Audi Cary. I worked with Steven Walther, a very professional, but very relaxed and pleasant salesman. From the first minute, he was interested in finding me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Most of all, he LISTENED to what I was saying instead of just running back and forth from his manager to me, with a different set of numbers. He was totally honest with me from day 1, and helped me get the vehicle of my dreams at THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. Steven is truly interested in helping the customer, by trying to get around all the bs involved with bargaining for a new car. He was to the point, and direct, and tried to waste none of my time. He was willing to go in any direction I asked him to. Whatever I chose, he was right there with me, ready to help in any way he could. Even after considering going to another dealership, which he insisted I do if the vehicle I wanted was there, his motives were to make me happy, not add to his paycheck. more

Red Carpet Treatment 100% 6/30/2011

I bought a pre-owned Corvette from Brian Roe back in August of 2010. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but this by far was the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had! From the time I contacted him through the website, until I had my FOB in my hand, he treated me as if he had nothing better to do than to help me. The best part was, I never felt any pressure whatsoever from him to buy the car. He just gave the facts, addressed any concerns promptly, and made buying a vehicle actually fun. He was so organized, that when I came to pick up my car, I was only actually at the dealership for 30 minutes total! I was also impressed that he called me about a month ago just to make sure the car still met or exceeded my expectations (which it has). I was looking at two other Corvettes at the time (both at Chevy dealerships), and now I am convinced buying from Brian at Leith Audi was the perfect choice! Just because it wasn't an Audi didn't mean they didn't know the car. 110% recommend anybody go see Brian for any car needs. more

Best car buying experience ever! Steven Walther @ Audi Cary 6/28/2011

I recently purchased one of the very popular Audi Q5 mid-sized SUVs. I did all my homework online about the Q5 and all of its competitors and knew the features and price range for the vehicle I wanted. As I searched online for inventory, I found that Audi in Cary had a good selection of Q5s available. I visited Audi of Cary and was promptly greeted by a young man named Steven Walther. Steven was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Audi products. Most of all he listened to me and my thoughts and feelings about the vehicles. I explained to Steven that I would be purchasing the vehicle on a subsidized corporate lease that would require my company to be involved along with a 3rd party leasing company to actually purchase the vehicle. The complexity of the potential deal did not deter Steven one bit (unlike the salesman at Leith BMW where I went to see the BMW X3- he couldn?t get away from me fast enough when I said the words ?corporate lease?). Steven stayed with me for countless hours as I test drove the different models and configurations. I went back and forth for several weeks trying to decide on which car and model to purchase. All the while Steven made himself available (even on his days off) and promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Once I decided to purchase the Q5, we discussed pricing and I truly felt as if Steven was working for me to help get me the best deal possible. He was open and honest in the discussion and I truly believe he was working to create a win-win scenario to get me the vehicle I wanted. With the vehicle and price agreed, Steven went into action. He proactively engaged with my company and the 3rd party leasing company to provide them the details they needed and ensure that the deal went through without a problem. All the while Steven over-communicated to me both via telephone and email to ensure that I knew what was going on in the process every step of the way. Steven was outstanding! I had visited several car dealerships during my search for a new vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Audi & Infiniti) and it was ultimately Steven Walther?s demeanor and overall approach to customer satisfaction that made my decision to purchase the Q5 from him at Audi of Cary the right choice. Great Sales Experience with Ken Bundrum & Leith Audi 6/23/2011

Planning to look at an Audi in the near future? Then you want to be sure to stop by Leith Audi Cary. I just completed a very smooth and easy transaction through their dealership, and I want to give special credit for this positive experience to my salesman, Ken Bundrum. Right from the friendly greeting I received upon initially meeting Ken on the dealership's floor room, through the time I ultimately drove the new car off the lot, Ken ensured my experience at Leigh was an extremely positive one. I applaud how he invested the necessary time up front to get to know me and fully understand what I was seeking in a next purchase. For the questions I had on the model I was interested in, he made sure all my questions were answered fully to my satisfaction before we moved on (and the answers were reinforced all the more as he made sure to also successfully demonstrate all the features and functions associated with the questions I raised). Throughout the experience, I found Ken to be very knowledgeable across the entire Audi product line, and I appreciated his regularly providing me with valuable insights on the functional differences between the current and past model years. I never got the sense of being pressured or rushed during the negotiation process, and felt the deal we ultimately agreed upon was a very fair one for both parties. Again, I had a very positive experience with my recent purchase, and would highly recommend Leith Cary and Ken Bundrum to anyone who's interested in purchasing a new or used Audi. Wonderful Salesman 6/14/2011

I recently purchased a Nissam Altima from Leith Audi. Our salesman Brian was awesome. We were driving about an hour and a half to this dealership. Brian called on our way to make sure we were not have difficulty finding the dealership. Upon arrival, Brian immediately greeted us and offered drinks/snacks. He then proceeded to show the car and let us drive. We immediately fell in love. Brian didn't haggle us to purchase the car, or ""beat around the bush"" regarding payments, etc. We came back a few days later to purchase the car and he and my husband had worked out all of the details over the phone and all I had to do was sign the papers upon arrival. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and it was an all around wonderful car buying experience. I highly recommend Brian and Audi Cary to anyone. more

What the car buying experience should be 6/1/2011

I recently purchased my first luxury car at Leith Audi. At first I was extremely worried because was coming from Miami Florida to purchase a certified pre-owned A3 on the word of a salesman that the car was in absolute perfect condition. Steven was not only a man of his word but treated me like family. I flew from Miami to Raliegh and was immediately picked up at the airport in what I hope to be my next Audi, the S5. Steven showed me evey inch of the car and answered every question, insisting I not drive back to Miami until I was comfortable with my purchase. Even as I drove home he was kind enough to call me to make sure my drive went well. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will not hesitate to purchase my next car with a Leith Dealer. Thank you Steven! more

Best car buying expeience I've ever had 4/11/2011

I picked up my Q5 just over a week ago and want you to know that it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Because I am not from the area, everything was handled over the phone and via email. Ken Bundrum took care of everything, including picking me up at the airport. He had all the paper work completed to minimize my wait and personally made sure the car was perfectly prep'd. His level of service and personal attention was exceptional, especially considering the likelihood that I won't be a repeat customer (only because I'm not from the area). Ken treated me like a neighbor and old friend, which was very much appreciated. more

I went back for a recall and was treated like I was some kind of moron. Also had parts replaced that were not necessary such as headlights when it was really faulty wiring. None of my charges were fully explained to me and when I asked about specifications, I was rudely dismissed and got a lot of finger pointing at the bill in which the price quote was buried in the text of the document. Stay away unless you want to get suckered. By the way, the other two reviews were written by employees of Leith Audi as far as I'm concerned Pros: Get appoinment quickly (I wonder why) Cons: Charge you for stuff you do not need. In this economy, who needs to get ripped off more

We purchased a 2004 A4 from this dealership, this is our second Audi from Leith Audi. The Sales staff is very friendly and nice, but the purchasing process took forever. Nobody should have to sit for 4+ hours just to negotiate a price and get approved. more

Great service 1/31/2006

I bought a 2000 A4 new from Leith. The buying experience was pleasant...relatively speaking...I even scored a stainless coffee mug just for asking....though not extraordinary. Where this dealership really shines is in the service. They have a very cordial, helpful staff, and a waiting area that makes me not mind if the service is going to take an extra hour. more
