Stay FAR away from Atlantis Super Wash Centers on McDonald Ave. They ruin clothes, and then try to hide the fact by hanging items inside out on a hanger and attaching a label so that one doesn't notice until it gets home. Then, not even one apology, instead yelling and threats when asked to be reimbursed. Very unprofessional. Embarrassment to the community. The WORST Dry Cleaners. TWO Thumbs Down more

This place doesn't care if they ruin your clothes. They will admit it and practically laugh in your face. You have no rights to get reimbursed for ruined clothing. The facility is scary and the staff do not care about what happens to you or your clothing. Cons: rude staff, ruin your clothing more

The people who work here are some of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. I can't even explain in words just how bad they are---they are so rude, mean...they ALL seem the have the worst attitude. One woman was on the phone and she didn't even turn to respond to me standing there with my ticket, she just waved her hand like, ""drop it here, i don't have time"". It was as if she was annoyed that I ''bothered"" her. Really, I'm am so angry after every SINGLE time i go in there. They're a back of inconsiderate, bitter, angry, attitude-ridden...""bad people"". I initially want to this place because I saw that it was open 24hrs and there was parking. The first time I went though, I saw how rude the employees are. I came in to drop off a bag of laundry and 2 comforters and the guy actually looked at what I brought and shook his head. Then when I came to pick up my cloths it took 2 people about 10 or 15 minutes to find everything. Then when I go to pay the owner tells me that I got over charged about 15 dollars. If the owner wasn't there I would have never realized it and I'm sure the other employee there also would never have corrected it. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the owner took care of it and apologized. The next time I went there I dropped off my bags on Monday and the lady told me that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday morning. I've never needed to wait more then a day to get my laundry any other place. People there are just lazy and rude. I'm not going back. more

it's an ok place to wash clothes. only two guys there are really nice and helpful, everyone else is ok. one woman is downright rude and nasty. she is really lazy. you come to the counter and ask her for help and she practially ignores you. This is a good place to launder or to get your clothing laundered quickly. Prices are comparable to other area laundromats. more

I use this place regularly and I think they are great. Cheap and always on time. I'm not sure what the other people are talking about -- perhaps they are just rude people that are just being treated the way they claim, because rude people aren't always the easiest to deal with... more

I have been continually appalled by the poor service at this place, but have kept returning because it is so close to my house. The people at this place can't be bothered to perform simple service-oriented tasks and are not only lazy, but rude when you ask for help. One time I went there and the man behind the counter was asleep on the couch and I had to basically wake him up. Every time I go to pick up my laundry, I end up having to climb behind the counter to find it myself because these people don't understand the concept of colors (aka""purple bag""). After my experience today, I will not go back to the Atlantis Superwash, and I would urge anyone else to steer clear as well. Today I went in to drop off my laundry and the cashier was literally wearing one of my sweaters! When asked where she got it, she lied and that was the last straw. I hate this place. Missing clothes...BLEACH spots...Stains on white shirts (that I didn't put there). They have to be the WORST outfit in town. more

I have to say, I did not know a laundromat could be so awful. The people there are uniformly rude, rude, rude. I've been going for a few months because it was convenient. Then, they lost a substantial amount of my clothing, and had me call back day after day to talk to different people--pointless, because no one ever did anything, and went so far as to say ""we don't care,"" and ""no, we can't look for your clothing."" All the other laundromats I have ever been to have been kind, courteous, and concerned if they ever misplaced an item--especially if you are a regular customer! Don't expect any such courtesy here. I would say, go to any other laundromat unless you're willing to run the high risk of losing clothing, and deal with people guaranteed to treat customers poorly.
