What a nightmare this company has put us through! They sent a group of ex-cons and drug addicts to move our storage. Somewhere between point A and point B, the employees of this company unloaded and made off with thousands of dollars in mountaineering and snowboarding equipment. Do not use this company! more

We hired Atlantic Relocation Systems to move our houshold belongings from Denver to Phoenix, AZ as well as to store some of our belongings for the off season. The company, staff and move itself was top notch and nothing short of amazing. My wife and I felt every aspect of the move was handled per our request and with complete attention to detail. This was our third move and will never consider anyone but this company to handle any future moves should it be neccassary. We highly recommend! more

We paid for coverage but they wont pay for a missing item 8/10/2010

Atlantic Relocation was contracted to pack and move my Mother from Evergreen Colorado to Colorado Springs. A crew of four employees arrived to pack her belongings in Evergreen and a different crew of four delivered her belongings to Colorado Springs. Both crews shared one common employee. When her belongings were delivered to Colorado Springs we checked off items as they were delivered. At the end of the delivery I signed the inventory paperwork. We were told that the paperwork had to be signed in order for he crew to leave for the day. We did not want to sign as the paperwork states that we are agreeing that all items were delivered and were not damaged. There was no way to know that nothing was damaged or missing at that time. We were told we had 90 days to file for any damaged or missing items. No sooner had the paperwork been signed then the one employee that was also on the packing crew, came in to the house, picked up the paperwork and checked of between 15 and 20 items. When we asked what was going on we were told that some items had more than one number and that they were just checking off the ""extras"". This all took place late in the day on a weekend day. We had no recourse at the time. The crew left. Once my Mother had an opportunity to unpack she determined that her Dyson vacuum was missing. That is the item we requested reimbursement for. My Mother paid for coverage in case of loss, damage or theft yet this company refuses to pay for the missing item. The claim has been denied because the crews story does not match ours (big surprise) and also because we signed the paperwork stating that all items were delivered and nothing was broken. We do not understand how the company can claim we have 90 days to file for damaged or missing items yet demand we sign on the day of delivery that all items are undamaged and accounted for. If they won't leave the house until you sign and you have not had a chance to look over the items delivered how could anyone every have a claim the company couldn't deny? more
