Our experience exceeded our expectations 7/26/2012

Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning installed a central A/C in my house. Everything went really well. They bent over backward to make sure we were satisfied. The sales person, who is also the owner, was willing to make a number of visits to discuss changes we wanted to make and I thought that was very helpful. They were all very attentive to our needs. more

Overall Very Positive Experience 7/25/2012

Very reputable local company that has been in business a long time and knows how to deal with the nuances of HVAC systems in the South End of Boston. Gave me a competitive price and completed the project on budget and on time. Can be sometimes somewhat slow in responding to calls/emails and initially my install did not go correctly (the wiring was not done properly), but they promptly fixed the next day. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would be happy to recommend them. more

Best HVAC service in Boston suburbs 5/15/2012

I could not be happier with my experience with Atlantic. Their field technician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Their scheduling office was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Overall, great company and great service. I will definitely use them again! more

Great company 4/9/2012

Our condo association has been using Atlantic Heat to service our HVAC systems annually. This requires coordinating many people's schedules, they were patient and accomodating. Atlantic Heat is reliable and trustworthy - this is important as workers are inside each of our owner's units twice a year. Recently we had an emergency with our old hot water heater. Atlantic worked with us to quickly determine our options, make recommendations based on years of experience, and install a new unit within a very short time. I highly recommend Atlantic Heat because I never have to follow up - they are an organized business. They are very good at the work they do, and are available when I need them. more

Heating and A/C 11/29/2011

In 1999 Atlantic installed my central air conditioning. I heat with forced hot water so this was a separate system. Work was done in the winter and we were very happy. This past summer I needed to replace the system. Atlantic always responded to my calls, came when scheduled and got the system up and running in a most timely and proficient manner. In October, 2011 my heating/hot water system was replaced and again Atlantic was professional, responsive and worked with me on pricing. No other co. sent me such a comprehensive packet of info and choices. To this day the other companies (including my oil co.) that gave me estimates called me back. I have heat and hot water and am pleased that I did this before the winter. Atlantic was great!! more

We are twenty-year customers of Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning. We could not be more satisfied with their services. They are perfectly attentive, extremely knowledgeable and totally responsive to our needs. As a business, they are nothing short of exemplary, from the customer service and contact they provide to the expertise, politeness and thoughtfulness of their technicians. Over the years, the technicians have almost become like family members to us. They are all excellent. Atlantic Heating and Air have it down to a really good system. You work mainly with one technician, who checks-in with you and does regular maintenance, alleviating the issue of duplication or extra charges. It works perfectly! Atlantic is excellent, would recommend them for large and small jobs. 5/27/2011

Atlantic has been working at my home for approx. 11 years. They installed all new HVAC, radiant heating, etc., and have done lots of work for us over the years. The service is excellent and we have as a result recommended them to a lot of our friends. Very reliable, and always ready to assist w/ anything house-related not just HVAC. Excellent company. more

Furnace Check Up 4/22/2011

I just recently used Atlantic for the first time for a routine check up on my furnace. I scheduled an appointment for the first call in the morning. The technician (I believe his name was Sal) showed up on time, was thorough, courteous, and efficient, and they charged me what they said they were going to. Overall, my first experience was great, and I plan on using them again! more

I had no heat on Thanksgiving, and these guys got me heat! In general, they're great! 4/12/2011

We have been customers of Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning since 1988 for both heating and air conditioning. They have installed several heating and air conditioning systems for us in different homes, as we've moved and had to upgrade the systems in each of the homes. We've used many of their services, and when we need a service call, they are here immediately. They are very professional, and they leave everything as clean as they found it. The people are just a pleasure to have in my home. They all seem to be very well educated and well trained. The other thing I would like to to mention is that the people who work in the office are also very professional and helpful. We got a $1000 rebate from the gas company, and the people in the office handled all the paperwork on that when we put in the new gas heating system. more

My experience with Atlantic was positive, and I'd use them again. 3/1/2011

I used Atlantic on an initial heating system and AC installation, which was a very positive experience. Then, when I did a larger home renovation, I used them again. I'm pretty sure that after that, my contractor liked them so much that he continued to use them for his own projects because of the experience we had with them. more
