The General Manager has corrected my complaints and was actually nice about the entire situation. Apparently, the salesman whom I was dealing with originally is no longer working ...

Dwayne was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my BMW. He made the process super easy and really fun. He check on me to make sure I was good although he was very busy. I never felt alone. What a great experience. I highly recommend him as your sales guy more

We were very pleased with the entire buying experience and think we got a really good deal, including everything we wanted -- and more -- as far as the vehicle itself. Further, the staff was excellent, especially Hakim. He was personable and helpful. We were not pressured to buy and everything was fully presented upfront.
