I never write reviews but i had to for this place. I hit a tire (with the rim still attached) and it literally put a hole in my bumper, broke my head like, and my (expensive) mirr...

This body shop came recommended by Allstate insurance. Ever since they did their initial work on my car there have been nothing but problems. They tried to give me my car back with a scratched up taillight, and shaking like crazy. I had to take it back to repair both issues. Then the second time I got it back after I was told that the motor mounts were the issue causing the shaking, and that they had been repaired, their mechanic forgot to reattach my fan electrical connections. The next day my radiator hose blew, then the very next day my radiator went. ARBS paid me for my repair expenses but now in the very next week my water pump is gone and so are my valve cover gaskets, and my car is STILL SHAKING BTW. I have replaced all my tires on their advice to try and remedy the shaking, and since that wasn't the issue I got a diagnostic from PepBoys. PepBoys says the MOTOR MOUNTS are still the issue and they showed me. ARBS was supposed to have repaired the motor mounts already. And today when I picked up my car after sitting in a relatives yard for a whole week, the rear taillight that they replaced is no longer working. This is just a horrible shop. Their prices must be cheap, that's why they have the Allstate contract. I am meeting with the adjuster tomorrow at their shop to discuss my repairs. However, ARBS will not touch my car ever again! Extremely satisfied! 1/4/2013

I never write reviews but i had to for this place. I hit a tire (with the rim still attached) and it literally put a hole in my bumper, broke my head like, and my (expensive) mirror... did i mention i own a fully loaded luxury vehicle??? They were able to quote me at HALF the price of another body shop (using the same exact parts) and HALF the time!!! They have done absolutely amazing work and Steve was a pleasure to work with. They always notified me of what was going on with my car and the estimated time given was the time it actually took!!! They were brutally honest the entire process and i cannot imagine going to another place! I am definitely recommending this place. more

Excellent Service and Work. After having an awful car repair experience at a different Atlanta bodyshop in 2008, I was dreading taking my car in for repairs after being hit by an intoxicated driver. Atlanta Road Body Shop exceeded all my expectations and made the experience quick and painless. Their representatives provided multiple informative status updates and always kept me up to the date. The repairs were flawless and were completed in a fast and efficient manner. Most importantly, everyone I dealt with at Atlanta Road Body Shop was very courteous and sincere -- a true pleasure to deal with. Great work at a fair price 7/10/2006

I had extensive front end damage after hitting a deer while driving over 70 miles per hour. These guys did excellent work. They were careful to make sure I understood that once they got into the job, there could be additional work needed. They worked with the insurance company to make sure the car was completely repaired. Best of all, two years later the paint has held up without any chips or discoloration. I highly recommend this shop. more

Makes ur caR look new 10/18/2005

I had taken my car to them after an accident...It was quiet damaged...they did a wonderful job..they did all the denting work, even repaired the parts and did all the painting work. Ofcourse u can't hide the internal damage but you can do hide the external damage and their professional ways makes it look back great again. It is working perfectly fine by then..no issues with it and pretty reasonable prices more

This paint and body has reasonable prices. They fix cars and make them look just as good as they looked before they were damaged. They have good estimates, prices, expert color matching, and even towing services. more
