At The Beach

I've been tanning here for almost a year now on and off and this store is by far my favorite. It is ALWAYS clean and the manager here knows his stuff. The staff is helpful and they are always in a good mood. They don't do contracts anymore either and that's why I wanted to come here. I can cancel whenever! more

I have only been tanning here for a few weeks, and twice I have been sent to a dirty bed. The tops of the beds always have sweat smears and who knows what else from previous tanners. I have only tanned at the May/122nd location; it is not a well kept facility.\r \r Poor service, seem to only be after your $$$. \r \r I cancelled my membership just days into it. I should have got a refund the first time my bed was dirty; I wasn't aware it would be a continuous occurance. I will never give my money to At The Beach again. more

I have gone to many tanning salons and At The Beach is probably the best salon I have been to. Keep up the good work. I'm very impressed more

I have been into several ATB clubs. What I like best is that at all of their locations they have great beds!! Mine is the 360.!! more

At The Beach always have great deals on their tanning lotions. The staff is very helpful in finding something that work good with you. They also recommended a step 3. At first I didn’t think it was a big deal but after trying it I noticed my tan lasts longer, plus my skin feels great. I highly recommend using a step 3 after each time you tan. At the beach tanning salon is a financial trap..they talk you into signing up, and the only way to get out of their hold is to call several times, and talk to very rude people who give you a different answer to the same question..I will NEVER go back..I had to put a stop payment on my checking account, and cancel my debit card to get them to leave me alone..I don't recommend them to anyone..if you want to tan, go somewhere you are familiar with..otherwise you will be sorry you didn't. I have been tanning with At the Beach on and off for years, even back when they only had 3 locations and were open 24 hours. What I enjoy about tanning there is the great choice of beds and the fact that they offer monthly plans where I can pay one price monthly and tan as much as I like.\r I have had had both the long term membership, and the short term membership and each had it's advantage, but I never felt like I had been tricked or cheated into purchaseing a membership.\r Pros: Great Beds, Friendly people more

This place is the greediest, nastiest place I've ever done business with. When you call the corporate office you get someone who is rude and uncooperative. They only care about the dollar, not the customer. When asked to speak to someone above the manager, the only response you get is ""That would be the owner, and he's unavailable at this time."" How convenient. This so-called manager yelled at me and told me I was not going to get away with ""scamming"" them. She must be kidding. I really don't know how she sleeps at night. What a hateful person, not helpful at all. more
