I moved into these apartments almost 10 years ago, in the ensuing time it had been poorly run. It changed over to MacDonald Real Estate and the changes are, simply put, amazing. They have redone the roofing, the bricking, the flooring, they are even putting on new siding now and the rumor is they are going to do new landscaping and the parking lots...the office staff are all awesome and maintenance is taken care of promptly, they have 3 guys on staff...an incredible change from the past. I am actually proud when I invite my friends over...just be sure they park in the visitors parking spots or they will get towed :-)
