A relaxing atmosphere and a friendly courteous staff. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The stylists are professional and highly skilled. A beautiful Aveda concept salon. I would highly recommend their spa and salon services. more

I had to have an Aveda pedicure.....went online and found Aspen Falls, and I'm glad I found this nicely decorated, nicely peopled place. Loved it and needed the relaxation it gave me after moving from the Northeast! more

This Aveda salon is the best! From the front counter service to Donna with makeup and products and Mary with mani's and pedi's to the master stylist Becca! Pedicure not worth the money..... 11/5/2011

Very disappointed about the Peppermint Pedicure I got. Was very expensive and not worth the money nor the time. Little massage during ped, no scrubbing and heels are still dry. On top of that, they charge extra for tools they use for ped, which was ridiculous and cheap! Don't bother with pedicure at this spa! more

I was given a massage as a gift for my birthday, and was new to Aspen falls. From the moment I walked in till I left it was a great time! I have had many massages to compare this one to and it was one of the best! Mary was great, thank you! more

To Cheryl and the team at Aspen Falls, Wonderful Mary too... You are all so authentic and nice people. Listening to all my stories and such. But I feel truly beautiful and cared for when I leave. My hands and feet are so well cared for it will last a month. My hair is soft and healthy and a wonderful color. It's alot of time to spend with people and I feel very honored to have such real, loving people to care for me. As always, the administrative team is impeccable and precise. True professionals. I like to know I am contributing to a well run organization - we all find each other. The best for the best (and I'm not saying that in an entitled way, just trying to show appreciation). Thank you. What I've been looking for! 10/30/2011

I have been having my hair dyed and cut for years at many different salons in the area, even other aveda salons, but Saturday I finally had a stylist listen to what I wanted and walked out with the exact chocolate brown color I've been wanting for years! My stylist, Melissa, listened to what I wanted and delivered! I'm thrilled and already have my next appointment scheduled! Ive also had a facial there and it was so relaxing and quiet - not like other salons. Oh and they fit me in last minute for my hair appointment... Thanks to Donna for calling me before the salon opened to get me in that day! You all have a client for life who will tell everyone to go there! more

I was thrilled by the service I received at your shop. Melissa is phenominal! She is professional, and surpassed my expectations. The cut was perfection. I put the top down on the car and went to work. Got there and ran my fingers thru my hair and it layed perfectly. The color was excellent. Not too black,natural looking. I have had the bad experience in the past where they turned my hair blue-black. I will be back in mid- December before I go on vacation. Thank you. Respectfully, Mr. Duane Allen Bales more
