Went in for free xray and checkup. Wanted $2999.99, yes THREE THOUSAND dollars for a gimmicky "deep cleaning". Claimed I could develop possibly fatal gum disease if I did not sign up for financing on the spot in a classic closed door "manager" office, think car dealership process. The staff was bubble gum ditzy, rude clumsy shoddy perpetual. It was a JOKE. Classic fraud (bait and switch). The reason I went there was to get a broken crown replaced. However, the claimed I needed to have a trot canal redone, as if, and that they would give me a discount for getting both the gimmick cleaning and the crown work; was quoted $12,702.00 for the discounted package. NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. High pressure sales pitch bait and switch and the entire staff were almost cult like corporate business people rather than professional dental staff. You've been warned!!!! more

Good: Easy to get appointment. Bad: Staff does not follow through, unprofessional behavior, they are not concerned with patient comfort or being helpful.. Improvements: Listen and follow through. more

The staff was rude, classic bait and switch, high pressure sales approach, dentist recomends services you do not need, clients are pressured to commit/take loans to pay for invasive procedures/services not needed-dishonest billing practices-all and all very bad-do not go here. This place deserves negative stars. more
